While transferring a firearm with us is safe and easy there are a few things you should know before selecting us as your dealer. We are a one man operation so appointments are based on a first come first serve basis and availability. We are still old school and do everything by paper form and you’ll need to be able to fill out the form on your own legibility while in our shop. You must have a current valid Texas ID either a Drivers License or a License To Carry Handgun your address must be current as well. If you only have a drivers license we will call or login to the NICS system to receive approval for your background check before we can transfer the firearm. Approvals can be delayed up to 7 days for some individuals. We will hold your item for upto 30 days for the standard transfer fee longer if there is a delay by NICS. Any items left after 30 days will incur a $50.00 per month storage fee.  Items left more than 5 months will be considered abandoned and sold to recoup our storage and transfer fees. (Note this does not apply to NFA/Class III items we will hold them till approval from ATF for transfer.)
